you're losing rythm with the piano, and the high notes you were singing.. sorry but there is no word ^^
but i don't think it's a skill problem, it's just a problem of practice.. i also know this problems, when there is a rythm on the piano, and an other one to sing..
practice it, and it will be much better ;)

Your voice quite sounds like Chris Martin's and I still think you're awesome at playing piano (especially while singing at the same time ^^)
