I think red somewhere that 40% of the laplanders live in Norway, 30% in Sweden and 30% in Finland and Russia. If all that is wrong just tell me:)

@kingofmonra I think what Tom means by lack of countries in this game is the Switzerland game actually has tickets that involve connecting a city to a neighboring country or even those can connect 2 neighboring countries together through Switzerland.
