So why deny a independent investigation if your so sure the truthers are full of shit.If you got accused of a crime the state or federal government would spare no expense to try and convict you.Why is everyone trying to stay away from really knowing the truth? Just so you know, a flaws in a story doesn't mean it isn't true. Life is imperfect by nature. You should know that from studying 'natural sciences' (Bitte, is that what we would call Biology in America?). What are the 'formal sciences' in Germany? Physics & Chemistry? And was this im Gymnasium oder an Universität? Danke.

When we did our 9/11 protest this year, hundreds of people were already aware that the official story is flawed or a complete coverup. Only 2 people were still repeating their mantra ("AlQaida did 9/11 and nobody else!") while they fled from our arguments.

Denying haters to defecate on my parade is not censorship, being able to post half-witted comments is a privilege, not a basic human right!

Before you hail those guys as American heroes, realize that they censor and block commenters who are critical of their work. That's not very American, is it?

@NonnyMus1 You are correct: Most people can not imagine or accept the complex causes for 9/11, so they rather believe the conspiracy theory that 'Muslims did 9/11'. They cling to this fairy tale so tightly, that they don't even demand a real investigation into who did 9/11. It's truly insane!

I see the reasons for that in the low scientific education standards in the US and the blatant propaganda on the TV networks 24/7.

Gage, Avery and Griffin are true heroes and American patriots! Respect!

Once again, Aaronovitch nails it on the head! People are looking for a story which makes sense to them, even if that sense is nonsense! They can't stand the idea of things being by chance.

I see this with creationists, too. They can't stand the idea of randomness or chance in their lives, even if that's what all the evidece shows.
