There is a Marvin Heemeyer in all of us that when backed into a corner will come out fighting. I salute Heemeyer for the sacrifice he made to prove a point. All reports that weren't smear jobs on the man say that he went out of his way to ensure no one was hurt or killed from not plowing a giant propane tank that could have taken out him and a large portion of town, to outright yelling to police 'Get out of my way, I don't want to hurt you!'

@rockerboy534 Everyone who knew him said he was a guy you didn't want to cross. I can't imagine he was a pleasant person amidst all that he was dealing with.

Think back to the days when our Forefathers' lands were war zones...that scared the hell out of people. Made them take a stand and wage war back against an oppressive authority. That's really what's going on here, and Heemeyer said this in the tapes he recorded and notes he left. I wish it didn't have to take measures like this to make some people 'get it' but this is one case where it was.
