@ACEMOM2010 Yep it is. Tourettes, Autism and in some cases severe OCB/OCD are all a change in the same part of the brain. There ARE physical signs too, it's not just behaviours.

Also this guy... not all people with Aspergers want or need treatment, in fact there's a GROWING number of people who don't because they don't believe it's an 'illness". The latest treatment for Autism is oxytocin not shock therapy, how much research did you do?

Also, yet another mercury argument? Fail.

@dizzymisslizzylane I don't think that's a very fair statement, you seem to be saying any 'neurotypical' who has devoted time and effort to study and understand ASDs has an invalid opinion. You're making the same mistake, if not a worse one than what you're complaining against, in that you're segregating people into anonymous groups. why not judge every individual's opinion separately rather than pre-judging based on stereotypes

@Falconhawk123 That's not what so-called means man... So-called simply questions the appropriateness of something. In this case he uses it to question the appropriateness of the term 'disease', etc. Disease in terms of mental issues is often viewed as a harsh term. Furthermore, the term 'so-called' can simply refer to a term used commonly to encapsulate/ describe something. So if I say "so-called flame-baiting", I am saying that the issue at hand is commonly referred to as flame-baiting.
