  • Attention everyon! The only people on youtube who talk well at all about aspergers or autism are the ones who HAVE IT!

It's very mis-understood. Please don't take any neurotypical mind's opinion of it as truth because it will not be accurate.

  • Why does he keep calling it "So called"? It exist, so drop the so called part! If you don't know anything, don't talk, let some one else!

  • @ACEMOM2010 Yep it is. Tourettes, Autism and in some cases severe OCB/OCD are all a change in the same part of the brain. There ARE physical signs too, it's not just behaviours.

Also this guy... not all people with Aspergers want or need treatment, in fact there's a GROWING number of people who don't because they don't believe it's an 'illness". The latest treatment for Autism is oxytocin not shock therapy, how much research did you do?

Also, yet another mercury argument? Fail.

  • @dizzymisslizzylane:EXACTLY!!!!

  • 14:40 Persons are gifts wrapped Some are wrapped beautifully: they are very attractive when I first see them. Some come in ordinary wrapping paper. Others have been mishandled in the mail. Once in a while there is a special delivery ! Some persons are gifts which are very loosely wrapped, not sealed. Others are tightly wrapped, practically locked, enigmas really, almost forbidding. But the wrapping is not the gift ! Every meeting of persons is an exchange of gifts.
  • @dizzymisslizzylane I don't think that's a very fair statement, you seem to be saying any 'neurotypical' who has devoted time and effort to study and understand ASDs has an invalid opinion. You're making the same mistake, if not a worse one than what you're complaining against, in that you're segregating people into anonymous groups. why not judge every individual's opinion separately rather than pre-judging based on stereotypes

  • @Falconhawk123 That's not what so-called means man... So-called simply questions the appropriateness of something. In this case he uses it to question the appropriateness of the term 'disease', etc. Disease in terms of mental issues is often viewed as a harsh term. Furthermore, the term 'so-called' can simply refer to a term used commonly to encapsulate/ describe something. So if I say "so-called flame-baiting", I am saying that the issue at hand is commonly referred to as flame-baiting.

  • Tourettes Syndrome is in the Autism Spectrum...

  • Stupid :l

  • This man could be selling used cookware on the street. I'd still believe that he's an intellectual and expert in whatever field he claims to represent.

  • OMG all the hair!!!!!

  • Damn, you got dat kickass beard, son.
