no i don't think so. i think it has a brain tumor. my first mouse rolled around like that and was put to sleep because of the brain tumor. you should have helped it...

Nah, you wouldn't bother because it would die in a few days or minutes.

yes that mouse had something in the brain...I'm sure after a while the mouse died.

I had a rabbit that did exactly the same thing and then a few minutes it died,

that's a sign of a brain tumour, I had 3 mice and they were very old and they all developed tumours and did exactly the same thing, they didn't know up from down. It was weird and not nice to see

you all could have taken the mouse to a 2nd chance rehabilitation farm for animals or something-then just watch them suffer
