Crazy Kuwait cars: breakneck speeds on highway shoulder

This was shot one morning on Highway 30 towards the Saudi border. With total disregard for others (or the law) these drivers race at highway speeds on the shoulder (emergency lane) of the highway. This happens during heavy traffic or when accidents occur bringing traffic to a halt. The fact that these drivers endanger other drivers and themselves does not seem to bother them one bit. One of the least expected dangers of this kind of situation is flying debris from the emergency lane, as well as dust. As we say in Kuwait, the accident comes form behind!
