  • Don't you think it's unfair to make a comparison between two completely different vehicles (current gen Hilux vs previous gen Hilux) and to conclude that one performs better than the other because of the suspension's manufacturer? even if they were the exact same vehicles with different suspension systems, you'd still have the two pilots as variables.

  • @perolito83

The comments in this video are not comparing two different vehicles, but instead suspension modification in general. The set up on the previous gen Hilux was simply inadequate for the vehicle and conditions. That's why the shocks faded very quickly and failed to control the vehicle properly. 4:21 shows this perfectly. The same thing could happen on the current Hilux if it wasn't set up properly. That's why it's crucial to customize the suspension to suit the vehicle and application

  • The poor bloke with the bent chassis...suspension problem.. not likely. No doubt he overloaded his poor dual cab. Then he tried to tow a large camper throught the Simpson over sand dunes. Know what happens when the vehicle is on one side of the dune and camper on the other? the whole weight of the camper pulling directly down on the tow hitch, result? bent chassis. Love your attitude, hope to see you out on the tracks.

  • Just few things, I totally agree with you more about the suspension, top notch, great service from the supplier. But, blaming the suspension for how your mate went in the desert is not right. You can see in the video the tyres needed to be let down. I was carrying far more weight and never had the problems you claim to have had. Just looking at how much it was bouncing tyre pressure was indeed to blame. tbc.

  • hola...

Sr. muchas felicidades por éste buen video .....congratulation...!!!!!

  • I couldn't agree more ,It's a great product and you get great service .
