@CombativeMind i used to agree with your point, somewhat i still do. Parkour and freerunning are definitely different things technically but its still a similar concept. Nowadays its about the tricks... thats all people see it as, might as well embrace it.

@TheGetoNinja This video is an example of Parkour: move as fast and fluent possible. No flips. Free Running is an expansion of Parkour, where you put flips into it. Flips does not make you fast or fluent, so therefore it's not Parkour.
And so, Parkour is not the same as Free Running.
