Deadlifts, 10-23-10. Week 3 of a 5/3/1 cycle, based around a 1RM of 450. Working sets were 340x5, 385x3, 430x1+. Got 5 reps on the final set, huge PR. I think I'll add 20lbs to my "max" to recalculate lifts for the next cycle. My goal is to pull 500lbs by the end of the year.
