Toll courier delivers a package

On Tuesday the 15 of March and approx 1345 i had a courier delivery of a package i was expecting, i had phoned toll earlier on in the day and asked them to leave it in the courier box out side the gate telling them it was safe due to the security camera, as you can see in the video the courier waits for awhile and tosses the package over the gate, right next to him is the box with a sign on it saying "courier deliveries" its a rather large box, the package was found next to the front door where our old dog normally sits, was he throwing the package at the dog? is this what they call door to door service? i called an complained the person on the phone was disgusted but i have received no form of apology from the company or the courier, this is pretty disgusting service, the package was sent from the United Arab Emirates using Skynet Worldwide Express, when it reached New Zealand the delivery is handled by Toll New Zealand
