umm for one, the kid driving must have been a moron to get stuck sideways! and two, its sitting on the BODY! ANY car of any kind would get stick! maybe watch where you are driving and this wont happen to you!

The hole was soft on the one side. He wasnt going sideways.
As I said, this was a hole we had both driven through before. Someone with 40" Boggers must have been through it before us this day.
And we aren't kids, thank you very much. We have kids.

Im not criticizing the Subaru, I know there's no way in hell it would ever make through (or an Escape to the other guy), but why did you go in there in the first place??

Actually, We had made it through, with both cars before. It wasn't quite so wet that day.
But that spot is just part of a longer trail.

Well done guys, as for ground clearance, well i have my eyes on an Outback, still not huge clearance but better than the standard Legacy, i like the wheels you got on it though, what are they ?

Well, that Legacy is actually a bit taller than an outback. It has outback struts, and bigger tires than an outback with trimmed out fenders.
