  • Are all the electronics stock on your Hag? Any mods?

  • @edbstrung All stock!

  • @rotren Hey! do you prefer this or the jet city head with a 2x12 avatar cab(Vintage 30s!)I mostly play Guns N Roses and Aerosmith, you look like the only guy in Youtbe that is really helpful so....

  • @nochix96isnuts I prefer the Jet City, to be honest.

  • @rotren Really? O_O?

  • @nochix96isnuts I had the original Class5 - from what I understand there is a new version out now. My Jet City sounds tighter and I do prefer it to the original Class5 I had. Both are fun though!

  • Robert is great, but this Marshall sounds like a shoebox with a speaker.

  • @Gvecchi Then I must LOVE shoe boxes with speakers! :D

  • Are these doable for small gigs?

  • Eww. Did you not break in the speakers first or does the guitar just suck that bad? :s

  • It could be the pickups...I have played many a tube amp, but I found out after much research that a good amp can sound ok. But also a good amp can sound like crap if you don't have the right pickups in your guitar. I don't have too much of a problem with the rhythm sound it could be warmer though. I do like my lead tone sweet and singing. I found out the Duncan JB works best for a classic rock guitar, but you guys out there that play the newer metal would probably agree that EMG's are better.

  • @Gvecchi I agree. Don't like the tone, too thin.

  • sounds amazing!

  • @WoWintosh it's been said many times that an increase/decrease of 3 dB corresponds to a doubling/halving of power of the amp. So a 50 watt amp is not half as loud as a 100 watt amp. It's 3dB quieter. I have a laney 5 watt I am certain would get me thrown out of an apartment in short order. It's loud trust me. I had a 100 watt Seymour duncan Convertible amp and It was a wall shaker. Had to get rid of it cuz while I like Gain what I really dig is power tube distortion. That means wide open vol

  • @rotren Hooo you had the original one...yeah that one can't be compared to the new LOTS OF DIFFERENCES
