I did ! I make great salads...
And there is nothing wrong with a few beers from time to time.
It's all about balance and moderation.
Also, varying your diet helps too.
That's why i eat lots of different vege's, fruits, nuts etc. And I like to eat more than beef. I enjoy Fish, Crabs and all seafood.
I eat whale beef, reindeer, seal, moose, birds, eggs, lamb, pork, chicken, Kangaroo.
With lots of water, exercise, sunshine and meditation it is easy to stay balanced and healthy. :o)

Ummm,,,,, But like where is the recipes to these dishes.
U know it really isnt a good thing to tease us with all of these dishes and not have the recipes for them. I need all the recipes except for the ones with the tofu.

I like vegetables too, but right now I am having a big T Bone steak with sweet chilli sauce and a few beers !

Anything you eat cooked you can make a raw alternative for. It will definitely be better for you. I am just taking it one day at a time pesonally.

Bernesa, for some of things I made you can also make a raw version. Like for instance the granola. I think that Alissa Cohen has a raw granola recipe. And Ani Phyo has a wondeful lemon pudding recipe you can use in place of the soy yogurt. Or you can blend up som Papaya, Tahini and agave nectar. And Ani Phyo has a Save the Chicks Pate that taste like a Tofu scramble but hers is made with I think almonds and sunflower seeds.

Yes, I will be doing some raw dishes. But this time I will be increasing my raw slowly. I am trying something different this times in hopes that I can stick to it this time for good. Lifestyle changes you know. I want to at least make sure that I can hold down my foundation as vegan. I am also not eating any prepackaged foods. I am making everything from scratch. That is why I got the bread maker. I am going to make my own Ezekiel bread. And I will also be making my own Almond Milk(Raw) too.
