    i use to shit bricks when i would lose 4-5 lbs in a couple of days because of sickness or lack of training and think FUCK!! but a shit load of water and food and a good workout to get everything flowing and your back to normal =P

    You probably live in a country that's factory's got bombed into rubble during WW2 and made scene to start from scratch. We didn't have that problem ,but we been been phasing it in our cars switched to metric in the 80's we do thing s in our own time
