Vice founder Shane Smith managed to get into North Korea after a year and half of trying and is witness to the craziness of this hermit nation.

Crazy is actually kind of an understatement.

That tea girl was cute. Not particularly because of her looks, but because of how excited she was of finally interacting with another human being.

The monument you saw was the unification monument, in the hope that both Koreas shall be united once more under the same flag and border. Also, the tea girl sounded really nice, I hope we could see her once more.

This is the most disappointing documentary on North Korea I have seen in years - Of course, it's difficult to stay neutral when discussing North Korea, especially because of its radical and extremely bizarre ideology and attitude towards the rest of the world but it's one thing for the producer to be vocal about what he thinks of the country while talking the country down to the max makes him look trying too hard.
