Brother, if you believe that no one is worthy of worship but Allah and that Muhammad is the last messenger of Allah, then you are a muslim, as you most likely already know. As a muslim it is very important to say the shahada (declaration of faith) to at least 3-5 witnesses. So you must not forget to say La ilaha illallah Muhamadur rasool Allah: "There is no god worthy of worship except Allah and Muhammad is the final messenger of Allah." Peace be upon you.
