BWV 784 - Guitar/Adam Fulara - Sam Laming

I know there's alot of mistakes, I can play it slower but it sounds better faster so I tryed to find a happy medium.

I enjoy your style Adam; you and BKBass have inspired me greatly, so much so that I've change my playing habits, and began using your (piano technique) as I call it. Before you two I've never seen, or hear of such a thing. Common taps, sure, but this style far surpasses that basic rocker technique. Anyway, Outstanding. Thanks for being you.

By the way, I'm Sam - covering Adam Fulara's version of this, if you haven't seen it you really should check it out "BWV 784 - Adam Fulara" he plays it a squillion times better than me. He also has some good instructionals on his site/tabs to get you started on playing Touchstyle. Enjoy : )

What a coincidence. This was stuck in my head yesterday. It was the 2nd Bach thingy I learned on the piano and I started wondering if I should try on guitar. This showed up in my recommended videos! So *finds tab*

Haha, nice. Though I very much doubt you will find a tab for it, sheet music perhaps. It's not too hard to work it out using a combination of ear + watching either my or Adam Fulara's videos and seeing roughly where the hands are.

@philosoful Actually yeh, you're right. It'll improve my piano->guitar and vice verse translation brain circuits =) I'm also gonna try playing the VideoGamePianist's Sonic The Hedgehog medley on guitar.

You might find it interesting to know that this video inspired my latest solo for the band I'm in and everyone's saying it's their new favourite. Also, I wrote it so far above my ability that I now have three blisters on three of my tapping fingers -_- So, *high 2*+*Bill And Ted Air Guitar*

Groovy stuff. Thanks for saying. Going to do a lot more touchstyle soon and some lesson style videos etc... but just need a guitar setup to play it with first and then game on...

@KazKylheku You could copy the sheet music into Guitar Pro or something and it'll translate to tab. That's what I'm gonna do... although I do remember a lot of it from the piano so might just translate it in me noggin.

Are you serious? This is Bach. You can find the sheet music online thanks to the Mutopia project.

Nope and haven't tried in ages, I haven't been able to play touchstyle (I have my only guitar set up very oddly now for the sake of getting the best tone possible - massive strings and quite high action, which makes touchstyle nearly impossible) so no touchstyle for me until a new guitar comes I'm afraid, I miss it a bit =(
