One person died as a result of starvation in Turkana. The death of a middle-aged man in the North-West part of the country comes as a devastating famine continues ravaging the Horn of Africa region. In Turkana alone, at least 70% of the population in that county is now in dire need of food aid. And as NTV's Brenda Mulinya reports, the images from Turkana are a spine-chilling message on the actual effect of the drought in the country.

Is it not possible to make som water stockpiles? When the monsun rain are there, then catch up and clean the water when it pails down and save it for bad times. Or take seawater and clean it?

Instead of feeding criminals in jail they should send those criminals to this country and make them work for food
