NOt sure if you meant the original or this recording. As far as I know, Karen Carpenter is the first one to record it. This recording is a recent recording of my wife, and i'm not married to Nora Aunor. :)

@mwm400 This is almost perfect. I heard a few wiggly notes, but I'm sure those could be polished out in a studio settting. Karen manages just a few of the high notes with a little less effort also. I never thought I'd say it but I think Lori's version surpasses Karen's version in expression. That is perhaps from the difference in love experience between your wife and Karen.

I do think that it was poor judgement of you to not have simply labeled it as a cover.
