A regular beat up Breyer horse turned into a fantacy horse.
This is a dapple grey with dragon wings at rest, where he is just hanging out and doesn't have his wings fully expanded.
Anyone can do this stuff! I've taken you through the steps at -

I use friendly plastic and super glue feathers to them it look really realsitic with feathers.
