Nice tutorial im gonna try this. Dont use a sky light and just save the image as a png with alpha channel on, then you dont need to cut out the white blocks and it looks a lil more smooth. thanks

@FifaGamingHD Select the Pixels of the Brushes by Holding Command or Ctrl and clicking on the thumbnail of the layer, then go to the paths panel and clikc on the icon at the bottom where it says Transform Selection to path, then save the path and open it in Cinema 4D
