@mandonkeyhamsterdy its about the dango - family (dango is foot wich exist in many different types ) how happy they are ,wich different dangos there are that the dangos carry about eacht other
in context to the story its a very sad story i think

@RoflcopterLawliet it was sad that made me cry as well, and another sad part was on the after school when nagisa died when she gave birth to ushio, and then ushio had the same sickness as her mom when she was 5 yr old and she died in Tomoya's arms ooo it was so sad i cryed so much

this is the only anime i have actually cried in.
with nagisa and ushio. even when he gets ushio to accept him
but man i cried at quite a few moments. even when ushio is about in the night going to the toilet anc cries. jesus wow. just such a powerful way of displaying emotion.
this song now makes me a little sad and sends a shiver down my spine almost as if i want to cry. best anime that awakened a deep emotion
