How to get the Minigun and Combat Shotgun at the very beginning of the game - GTA San Andreas

Video TimeLine (for skipping ahead):

00:44 -- I arrive at the Body Armor in Willowfield, Los Santos

01:17 -- I jump gate at Los Santos International

01:51 -- I get into the Shamal and take off toward Verdant Meadows

03:41 -- I abandon the Shamal in favor of a PCJ-600, and then I head for Las Venturas

05:09 -- I arrive at the first Minigun in Roca Escalante, Las Venturas

06:46 -- I arrive at the second Minigun in Rockshore East, Las Venturas

07:46 -- I arrive at the Combat Shotgun at the LVA Freight Depot

08:12 -- I jump the ramp into Las Venturas Airport

08:56 -- I get into another Shamal and start heading toward Ganton

This is a simple demonstration on how to get the Minigun and Combat Shotgun at the very beginning of the game.
NO CHEATS and no mods were used.
This is a completely legitimate game.

There are no edits in this video... what you see is what actually happened.

Here are the details:
The video starts off as a brand new game... Carl is still in the alley that Tenpenny and Pulaski had just thrown him in; none of the Story Missions have been done yet.

I drove directly to Los Santos Airport and jumped into a Shamal, and I did grab some Body Armor along the way.

The Minigun is always available in two locations in Las Venturas:
1) In an underground parking garage in Roca Escalante
2) On top of a building framework (that's still under construction) in Rockshore East

The Combat Shotgun is available in the LVA Freight Depot, hidden in some bushes.

Notice the glitches in the road surface as Carl drives along... my game recorder was locking up the game prior to this recording.... then the visuals on the game started flashing after that. It's almost as if the game couldn't determine what time of day it was for the different road surfaces that Carl was driving on... sections of the road will be lighter as he approaches, then they turn darker as he drives over them.
