but i think that's exactly the point Nassim is talking about. Alot of us "enlightened" ones tend to have the proposition of not being dependent on anything "external" or "logic" or "mind", but Nassim is saying that ultimately, everything is needed in order to move forward. "Ultimately, you don't need technology, and ultimately, technology doesn't need you". We need each other!

I think you are talking about the mind here, not conciousness. You are talking about advances in the mind's ability expand it's perspective. Conciousness expansion has nothing to do with the mind or thoughts, whether they be 'spiritual' thoughts or otherwise. When you identify yourself as pure conciousness, you can witness the mind and all the expansions of perspective you are talking about. And this direct experience of who you are is not dependent on the external.
