First off this Government isn't Socialist, trust me, i am one. If this government was socialist we would have true Healthcare for all, higher taxes on the upper classes in corporations (woot), While taxes for the rich would go up, local taxes and taxes on the middle and lower classes would go down. What we have now isn't socialism, its Corporatism. It is not the Democratic Party that follows the failed idea of Corporatism, but the party of traitors and sellouts, people from both sides fit here.

First off.

So, just because i only saw the twin towers collapse on TV, i don't know for certain that they fell? Don't be stupid. Knowledge comes from collection and cross-examination of evidence. Not neccesarily from seeing with your own eyes.

Secondly.

Your eyes can easily be fooled, and your mind is highly susceptible to halucination, etc. So don't give me that "see with your own eyes" bullshit.

Still spouting that lie? You cite U.S. vs Low Hong, but that is typical for you as it actually proves you wrong. Low Hong was born on U.S. soil with NEITHER of his parents as citizens yet the court found him to be a natural born U.S. citizen AKA citizen at birth.

@arklat to be eligible is that a president must be a Natural Born citizen. That requires BOTH parents to be citizens, and the birth MUST be on American soil......according to us v low hong, one only needs to be born on us soil, and thanks to a 1937 law as long as both parents are American the child will be a natural born citizen if born aboard.

why wont you cite where your info from? the constitution does not support you the supreme courts doesn't either , your just full of shit

@noliesundead. I read your reply, and i must say, i needed to do some more research in the matter. There is so much that affects the varied citizenship status. The main point having bearing on President Obama's presidency, valid or not, is the requirement to be eligible is that a president must be a Natural Born citizen. That requires BOTH parents to be citizens, and the birth MUST be on American soil. I am not too big to admit I was wrong. Thanks. He should be disqualified on that basis.
