@forinner Well, in fact (To the question Wouldn't this mean there are cubes within cubes ad infinitum) In terms of calculus... if a meter is divided in half, and then that half is then divided in half, and then that half is then divided in half... what is the "Last smallest amount?" Truly, based on a faith simply in Infinity, it does go on forever, both to the small and to the large. But this is merely abstract thinking, the truth itself in fact has no "real" cubes.

awesome vid its amazing how portal physics can do that. But I guess the basic theme is portaling through the 4th dimension.

This makes a lot of sense lol, I'm slowly catching on XD

revised examples...
Architects designed a new house that can solve overpopulation but its impossible to build cuz they cant build tesseract rooms, only cubic rooms.
Physicist designs new universe model but its impossible to test because it requires adding and subtracting infinites in all 11 dimensions...

Its funny how most math is so constructivist, ontological and noumenonic, yet it is the primary basis for all 'hard' sciences. Just as tesseracts are a mechanic formulation of parameters that dont exist in our universe, many of the non experimental physic theories rely on such formulations that allow for mechanics to work theoretically-mathematically, yet cant be interpreted mechanically in our own universe. eg, Architects designed a new house but its impossible to build the tesseract rooms.

now your think with tesseracts!
It's impossible to imagine, but think of it this way: 1 point-2 points=line-4 lines=square-6 squares=cube. So 4D: 8 cubes=tesseract. In other words, it's a cube made up of 8 cubes with all sides of equal length and all angles right angles. We do not have enough directions in 3D to represent this, so we just fold 8 six-faced shapes into a large cube. Just like a 2D being can only see a 2D slice of a 3D object, we can only see a 3D slice of a 4D object. We see different slices as it moves/rotates.
