the clouds and birds are in sharp focus, but the object is out of focus, that makes it likely to be very close, probably an insect flying past, the closer the object is to the camera the quicker it can appear in relation to distant objects, the blur looks like wings and a darker centre where the body is.

If it was in 1 or 2 frames i would say bug but if you freez the stills when they turn into the negative you will see how sharp the object is ,it is a perfect circle in 6 out of the 8 frames it is in

If you are watching a fast moving train in the distance and put your finger in sync with the vector of view of the train, it would appear that your finger is traveling as fast as the train. It is clearly not, it is just close to your eyes. I agree with camera nerd.
