Ocean Blue Nails for Jaya :) - Tutorial

Hiya :)

A few weeks ago, I did an Ocean inspired look for SharksBiteofLife.

This was the accompanying nail design I created for that look. And then Jaya (cheezz12345) asked me to recreate it.

I haven't tried that Top coat..but I did go out and get the Seche Vite....and I HIGHLY recommend that product. I was a skeptic, but it dries entirely in about 2 minutes litereally. I LOVE it, just wanted to share! Cute Nails!!
