@WomanizingBritney Well, no she isn't LOL. BoA's very much so different. The only reason why people compare them is because they are both HUGE where they are from and they are both popstars. BoA's clothing is more hip hop tomboyish. Where Britney's is more feminine and revealing. BoA does also more hip hop dancing. Power to the both of them!

I'm not saying they're all the same, but from our perspective, in America, they are much like Britney Spears, with their success stories are similar too, with the females to sell so many records, and then have so many albums debut at #1. They are different, but you can see where their inspirations come from, and what type of star they are!

That's understandable. Just try not to jump to conclusions and insult people like that; I said nothing about having personal negative opinions about Britney. So there really shouldn't have been any reason why you thought I was hating. I was just recalling from past sources.

Each country has their own pop star who stands up above the rest, but it's best not to compare them all to Britney because artist-wise they're all incredibly different, though every artist shares similarities with another.

Well it just sounds like your hating on her, she wasn't banned from that country, otherwie BoA would have been too, they literally like translations of each other, theres the Korean Britney ( BoA) Japanese britney ( Nami Amuro) Mexican Britney (Paulin Rubio) Columbian Britney (Shakira) the list goes on and on almost every country has their version, I like BoA and she even cites britney as one of her bigger influences

Resorting to name calling is so childish, and never gets the point across. If you read closely, I said, "If I'm not mistaken" - so if I am, say so in a reasonable manner. BoA is the same popularity-wise, I'll agree, and she does dress similarly now, but didn't at the time (and that was the comparison) And indeed, there were articles about some negative feedback Koreans gave after that particular concert. I have nothing against Britney, nor am I a crazed BoA fan. I was simply making a statement.
