@senjeki Because "the dead in Christ shall rise first." They are in heaven all ready, but their bodies are not! We will leave earth WITH our bodies! They will get theirs around same time we go up.

how are you sure that there is a physical body to be raptured?

I seriously question "the rapture". Death may escape Gods people, but the physical body ends up back in the ground from whence it came. I declare that if a person wants to preserve their physical body, and think a "rapture" will snatch them up is not an accurate interpretaton of Gods word.

I agree with Bass109. Time is definetly short. If you don't know Jesus today and have a relationship with him, you need to do so now.

@TheLifeloser If you want to truly know the Lord and you have a true fear of the Lord, then all you need do, is with a sincere heart cry out to Jesus to save you, to change your heart and give you a mind set upon serving him. Stay in the word of God. Make that your daily reading and read often. Keep crying out to Jesus to save you, til he hears you and answers. He will. When he does, you will see and feel a change in yourself, a new you and a thirst for the word of God that can not be quenched
