Seriously? Plug the big end into the big hole, then the small end into the small hole. I did exactly what it said and it started importing every file I have on my computer... great

i downloaded double twist and android to my mac but either one works. I am so mad and about to break those two or return them back. Also, i guess you don't even know difference between windows and mac operating system.
