Thyroid, progesterone and insulin levels were tested on cycle day 27. Last cycle showed my thyroid levels were elevated, as well as my insulin levels which resulted in being put on metformin and my progesterone blood result showed I did not ovulate.
Here are the results from this cycle.

  • amazing news!!!! *happy dance* I am a late ovulater as well hahaha, but sometimes too late like CD 32. :/ Those progesterone levels are great though. From what I've read you need to have it above 10 or 11 to sustain a pregnancy. My progesterone level at ovulation when I had mine checked one cycle was 21 so 27 is super good! Great news and I bet it feels good. :)

  • @nannerskins Such a relief!!! I usually ovulate around cd 20 to 23. And I'm so glad to know that this won't be a problem. :)

  • Do you not take prenatals? Or is that different with your situation, just take them when you start the medicated cycles? Idk lol. Anyway, good luck remembering! Once you get in a routine it'll be easy peasy! Maybe put them near the bathroom sink so you can just take them before brushing your teeth or something. Anything thats already a routine, just add them in before or after that. You can do it :P Praying! I want 2012 to be your year!! <3

  • @wishingonflowers I was on prenatals for a long time but stopped and switched to a daily multi vitamin until we get ready to do treatments. Thing is, I need to take my metformin right after my supper. I find it the best time of day to take it because I don't get side effects with it. But I have a giant note on my fridge now!
