Miccosukee Police will not give answers in the death of Tatiana Furry

On January 21s Tatiana Furry was killed in a head on collision with several Miccosukee tribal members driving in a black SUV. To date no details have been given to the family. Even under a state subpoena from the Florida State Attorneys they have denied access to reports, accident photos, and witness statements that are routinely provided. The accident happened on a state road and not on their reservation. When the Florida Hwy Patrol showed up they were turned away by the MPD that claimed it was in their jurisdiction
