All tools what you need to make it - 1000$. New professionall table for laptop - 50$

Cheaper just to buy a stand. Those tools are expensive.

I like it without the pvc.

Please go to Instructables and search for "Build a furniture quality Laptop Stand and TV Tray" The whole project is there. For some reason youtube doesn't allow you to post urls in these comments. Good luck!

I kinda get it but you might want to point out where each piece you are working on is located on the finished stand. I was disoriented, not sure where each piece was in relation to each other. That made it difficult to follow the project as you went along. I like the stand and think it is a nice idea.

I like this stand. It would be nice to have a list of tools used and a parts list for those like me that need to start buying the tools to start a new hobby.

Thanks for the kind words! You could VERY easily convert this for a wall mount and save a lot of time. Simply mount the hinge to the wall with a prop rod instead of the spring. Good luck!
