yummm! the only thing is...shouldn't you not baste with leftover sauce after cooking since that came in contact with the raw chicken?

I love this recipe, I double the recipe and simmer it slowly in the sauce that I will spoon over a bed of rice. Sort of like curry chicken and gravy. Big YUM.

Loving the weekday dinner idea's!!, i always dont know what to make! Greetings from the Netherlands.
this looks awesome, and i will definitely be trying this, just one thing monique, it is unsafe to baste the cooked chicken with the marinating liquid, b/c you put the raw chicken in it, then you put it on cooked chicken.
but, this sounds sooo yum! thank you

@chillytoes1 I added a note to my blog on basting with raw meat marinades. (I actually meant to add it to the video before I uploaded it.) It can be done safely. For those who are not comfortable with it, then just set aside a small amount of marinade before adding the raw chicken. This recipe really doesn't need basting though. The sauce is pretty thick and clingy.

@sternchen1965st it's a brand of Dijon mustard. You can use any brand you'd like but I like this one in this recipe for some reason.
