The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is based in Durham, North Carolina and has recently expanded into Raleigh and Charlotte. We build free fences for dogs who live continuously at the end of a chain. We also provide each dog with a free vet appointment including spay/neuter. Check us out on the web at www.unchaindogs.org.
Dogs have a way of knowing people who are doing the right thing and doing the wrong thing. Precious was aloof at first but it appears she's beginning to understand that you have come for her to give her her freedom.

I really don't understand WHY these dogs live outside AT ALL!! Why on God's earth have a dog them leave it outside neglected?

Thank you for the wonderful work you do for these poor dogs. People that for whatever insane reason think that it is ok to treat an animal like this deserves to rot in HELL...... If you don't want to take proper care of your animal --PLEASE DON"T HAVE ONE---it's not their fault an idiot owns them....so sad
