Due to many other users the server which hosts the Cydia download may be overloaded when you try this. If you're unable to download Cydia through loader then you can just use redsn0w 0.9.6 rc8 and install Cydia through that. mine doesnt start after i do the part with the button holding. it just says "jailbreaaking but my screen goes blank, and my ipod goes into recovery mode. im using ipod touch 2nd gen. any help? :)

ok if i jailbreak with greenpois0n will this affect my ipod cause last time i jailbreaked using greenpois0n my ipod started shutting down randomly! it shows a white screen then reboots!!!!!

I'd like to know because im getting mixed answers here... I've got an iPod Touch 2G on version 4.2.1... will jailbreaking delete everything on my iPod? I know this question has been asked about a thousand times, but with that you get a thousand different answers too, lol. I was under the impression that "quickpwn" will not delete everything and that most other firmware will. I'd like to know for sure before I go ahead and jailbreak it. Hope you can help... I'm a little lost! Thanks in advance!
