I just want spend 2 words supporting spearfishing , in Italy the maximum amount of catch allowed is 5kg a day.
Fines are very salty!
At end of the story Spearfishing doesn`t destroy the life at sea, so don`t blame it!!
best that all of us we take a breath and start to meditate about , pollution, industrial fishing, wale killers and globalization.

@papa671995 well maby because the fish is in your face and you can pick out what you want, in fishing yoou have to wait for the bite if any and if your lucky you will get a decent sized one
