@MegaSheri78 Those are Japanese Kanji texts. Kanji share similarities to the Chinese text.

I would like to make some suggestions:
Firstly, this video is actually translated in Chinese. Since this video is likely to be from JAL, it should be in japanese NOT chinese.
It would probably be helpful if you could also add the English language to the map at the commencement of this video as some people could not read any information in chinese/japanese. Would this be possible?

Seeing as it shows a JAL ticket office at the end I think it's a safe bet that the video is from JAL.
