@maskedone2 I tried everything and didn't get any satisfactory results. Today, the best way to upscale videos with a pretty decent quality is with cable box devices or something like that (which I do not have). So it's not easy, nor enough quality Thanks for the reply.

@nousernameremain yes you can get software that does it, you are just doing it wrong. The blurriness and blockiness just means you are upscaling whats there and not trying to preserve the image details. Certain EXPENSIVE resizing programs can do it. You could probably emulate it in after effects and other compositing software packages.
