Camaro Z28 vs Supercharged Tuscani Elisa

For those of you that don't know what a Tuscani Elisa is...they are the Korean version of the Hyundai Tiburon...the one i race here happens to be a supercharged 6 speed V6 pushing roughly 425HP to the wheels....unfortunately I miss 3rd again...taking yet another loss for the night

what sc set up does he have? not alot of sc tib gusy are running 425 hp? do you know what he runs in the 1/4m?

@shonzy7 yeh he ran a 13.6 on bald street tires peglegging and slippin off the line...with an lsd and some decent slicks he will be in the 12's no doubt...i believe he has the sniper kit from next generation motorsports...if u type in omar tiburon in your search its the 2nd video its him runnin a 5.0 slow and whoopin his ass! u can actually see him hit his brakes halfway down the track too!!! also on my comments u see dsmomar thats the owner of the tib

@shonzy7 yeah i hear the assassin kit is really badass for the tib too but you need to build pretty much your whole motor to handle it...not really practical for ur everday daily driving street car lol...i know when i finally twin turbo my camaro its days of just going back and forth to work is gonna be over too---strictly drag car after that!!!

@shonzy7 the elisa is pushing around 425 hp and stock curb weight is 3015 lbs factor in a small amp and sub in the trunk 18" rims the blower itself and intercooler etc. and it adds a few lbs. the camaro is right around the same hp and stock curb weight is 3442 lbs with no system and aluminum alloy corvette z06 rims...really they are alot closer than one would think

@MCCRAY08SE definitely, the tiburon stock only pushes about 150 to the wheels. it would take a built block and 20lbs to hit the 400whp mark.

@numba1latnluva I dont think the sniper kit can handle 425 to the wheel. I've seen snipers though run 12's with a lot less horsepower in a quarter.

ok the facts are way off on the tib...the whole car is korean ..so they are all the korean version...its def not korean spec as thats called the hyundai fx coupe....its just tuscani badged ...its a regular hyundai tiburon..and 425hp to the wheels..def not gonna happen on a sniper kit...maybe the assassin kit at 20lbs of boost and a complete built block...so someone must have lied to ya about their numbers

@numba1latnluva i hear that my optima has the same 2.7l as the tib  but my car was to heavy for the small engine it pulls hard but i had to gutted it and now it finally feels like the engine wouldnt be to bad for the car but im swapping in the 200 hp 3.5l from the xg350/kia amanti/ kia sedona and also swapuing in the hyundai tiburon 6 speen manual as well...
