In parkour, turn vaults are what traceurs use on rails to turn around and land on the other side, and this move is common when someone wants to know what is on the other side of an object that is high up. Place one hand overhand and one hand underhand to do a turn vault with help from a member of a parkour organization in this free video on parkour techniques.

  • i know how to do the vault, but i cant get close enough in to land on the narrow spot on the other side of your obstace

  • @supermmarcos WTF 0_o

  • DUDE I LIVE NEAR PORTLAND :O

  • I would have chosen to show this vault on a different rail, its difficult to get an idea of the landing with this bar, and there's nothing that you're really jumping over, your legs kind of just go to the side.

  • Cool! I take classes through RevolutionParkour (based in Beaverton) and we train at Keller Fountain all the time during the summer!

  • hello
