I've already done this video, but I'm doing it over again, emphasizing some key points. Some keypoints for improving your muscle ups include practicing your high pull ups, the false grip position and movement of your hand, and kipping. Muscle ups are all timing!   • Hey man, you're the only person i have left to turn to to ask this... I'm currently training for parkour i have not gotten to any of the flips or major jumps yet and i have realized that when i jump from a maybe around a 5 foot ledge to the ground i get this strong but brief pain in my feet. It feels like the blood is rushing down there or something. I have researched on the different ways to land so that the pressure and impact is spread but no matter how i try, i still get the same result.

  • Hey do you ever lift weights? Or is all that from only body-weight because I have a friend that has never touched or rarely ever touches a weight and he's pretty lean but big at the same time
