UPDATE #7: I will be appearing on Fox Business News tomorrow (19th) at 8:10 AM Eastern Time, 7:10 Central, and 5:10 Pacific Time to discuss the Ebay Boycott. It's channel 359 on Direct TV. UPDATE #5: Ebay runs another listing special in the US. Listings go up by 3 million. That's now two listing specials in less than two weeks. Unheard of.

UPDATE#4: Many people are being unfairly banned from Ebay for simply expressing disagreement with the oncoming changes. Ebay stated we could share our opinions and they would listen but when we do they ban with no warning, no email...nothing. We've gotten tired of the censorship and taken our discussions to our own forum with live chat capabilities. All are welcome to join us. Link is above.

UPDATE #3: On 2/5/08, Ebay notices that listing counts are getting dangerously low and have not been in the green since their announcement. They run a listing sale in Canada to temporarily and artifically increase listing numbers. Even with the Canadian listing sale, as of 12:04 AM on the 6th, listing counts appear to have only gone up by 378,122 listings.

UPDATE#2: As of 2/5/08, thch123 has been banned from Ebay for making the other strike video. Looks like the Ebay powers that be don't like us much!

UPDATE: As of 2/4/08, I have now been BANNED from Ebay for simply making this video. Mr. Donahoe doesn't appear to like me too much.

Ebay has become a joke. For me selling a DVD here in the UK - A Listing Fee charge. 10% Final Value Fee charge. PayPal, 20p surcharge PLUS 3%. And NOW in the UK Ebay now insist DVD sellers have to list FREE postage. So you now have to include postage in the Start Cost - Doesn't look like such a bargain now. Guy won a DVD from me last last month. Never paid. Told me he wasn't paying and that "shit happens, now fuck off". Ebays response? NOTHING. And I CAN'T leave negative anymore WTF!?

I'm a buyer and I'm so upset that Ebay holds money for 21 days unless buyer leaves a feedback. I have busy schedule and not always can make time to access my account. Most of the time I'm happy with my purchase and feel bad that seller has to wait so long to get the money.

Have no idea why these companies with such successful start, end up committing suicide!!!

You can't have trading site by pleasing buyers only, you got to please them both - seller and a buyer! Otherwise buzzmart it is!

i have sold on ebay for years with no problems until the last couple years. people "claiming" not to get their items, or even better yet DEMANDING there money back without sending the item back! are you kidding me?!! i had a women write me an email saying she never got the item even though i had a tracking number that said different. she said well unless you want me to leave neg feedback i suggest you refund my money. i did refund and guess what..she still left neg! and had my item! what BS!

I tried to open another account they froze that one also..called to work things out they said no you will never be able to sell on ebay again..so I tried doing it through my brother and they said same last name and same products...froze that account...they are A holes..they could care less about the seller...I only sold a few items computer items.... here and there..not making much money and doing for fun....they suck....cock.....

Moral to the story  The ebay sellers have Zero rights and get taken advantage of buy the buyers and ebay is ok with it. You cant even leave them negative feedback. NEVER SELL ANYTHING ON EBAY THAT HAS ANY REAL VALUE. or you will get screwed over
