When i look at Russell i thought his stance and the way he moved was kind of sloppy and sluggish but when he threw that ball it looked like he was barely using any strength at all, it's too bad he couldn't commit to being a true NFL qaurterback.

Watching this just upsets me about what could've been. Look at how well he actually played here. Had he had this kind of "want to" day in and day out he would be taking us to the playoffs right now. But no, he decided to overeat, be overpayed, and be overrated. I play high school football I am 255, play offensive line, and I'm 6'1. Russel was at the point of being 265! That's just lazyness and not having the ethic to go make something of the talent that God gave you.
