Stay in the saddle when you are climbing fellas. Isn't that one of the basics? Did these guys just decide to drop a few grand apiece on their new bikes and head straight to Gooseberry? "Shouldn't we take a warm up ride first?" "No dude, I spent 3k on this rig...it'll do all the riding for me"

What a sloppy bunch. At least they're out riding. They can only get better. Here's some advice, use MOMENTUM to get up the steep stuff.
