@valactor26 I've already mentioned more then once that she wasn't dirty :)... This was just a DEMONSTRATION. She had been changed an cleaned before the before, the diaper I took off of her was clean and had just been put on her, FOR the video :) There was no reason to wipe her.

i have 2 question

1 the red stretchy thing that holds it all together, does that ever slip loose?

2 would you recomend cloth dipers over "modern" for absobency and cleanliness?

I've never had a snappi come lose.

And yes, I would definitely recommend cloth over disposables ANY day. Of course I would, we've used cloth for 2 kids now, over 4 years total :) I love our cloth diapers, we don't really use prefolds anymore, but I really like prefolds in the infant stage for both girls.

@inten1978 .. Yes she could move just as well as any other baby. There's was/is nothing wrong with her so I don't see why she couldn't :) .. If you see any of her other videos you can see that she was moving/walking/crawling just like any other baby while wearing her diapers.

Lol. No, I'm not dumb.

Her butt was not dirty at all, the diaper I changed was a clean diaper and her butt was clean, I was only making a tutorial on how to change a prefold with a particular fold, I had cleaned her and put that NEW FRESH DRY diaper on her a couple of seconds before I turned the camera on to demonstrate, I wasn't changing a dirty diaper :).

Go play somewhere please and stay out of things you know nothing about :)

The pee does not need to be CUPPED in the diaper. If you have leakage issues because of lack of absorbancy, chances are you have buildup on the diapers and so they are repelling all liquid. The bikini twist is really good for heavier wetter girls (there is more bulk where they need it) and babies with chunkier thighs (the reason I did it with my boy). Also, because of the twist, the back does create a sort of "pocket" for the poop.

What brand was the prefold and cover? I just purchased Imagine Prefolds and am a bit intimidated by them.

She just lays there all nice & still. :P Brendan always has his hand "down there"...which is real handy if there happens to be bum cream there! Oy. Or he's rolling over, kicking his feet...lol.
