ISKCON South Africa Documentary on Srila Prabhupada & Hare Krishna

This documentary was produced at the time of the first Chatsworth Ratha-yatra in 2005. Herein are interviews with a few Hare Krishna devotees and they outline some of the history of ISKCON in South Africa. Most importantly we should not forget the importance of His Divine Grace A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada who brought the chanting of the Hare Krishna maha mantra to the West so that we could all take the opportunity to become free from birth, death, old age and disease. And also that we can become supremely happy in this lifetime. Krishna is God, it is that simple!
If you ever go to South Africa don't miss out on a visit to The Temple Of Understanding in Chatsworth, near Durban. Chatsworth is a maze, and driving yourself there is not recommended. It's better to visit the temple with someone who knows how to get around the area, or go on an organized tour. Open daily 10 am-8:30 pm. Krishna is Vishnu and Vishnu is GOD. We all have Krishna inside, we need to realize it and devote ourselves to the Krishna inside. Death is the only truth in the universe. The soul is non destructive and our life is just clothing that we change and the soul wears life. Soul in energy and part of Krishna himself

Your philosophy of life is full of contradictions. If death is the only truth then birth does not exist and therefore we do not exist. Krishna is adi purusha, the original person, one without a second. Vishnu is His expansion in the material creation and when Krishna comes He enters through Vishnu but He always remains the adi purusha. Krishna is within and without so a person in Knowledge sees Krishna everywhere. Sat chit ananda is the nature of the soul. Please study Prabhupada's books.

God is unlimited, God is unlimitedly kind, merciful, all knowing, omniscient, omnipresent and He knows your inner heart. Why do you limit him to one person who came here two thousand years ago and only preached in one Country? God has unlimited paths leading to Him, all we need is sincerity. Christianity and the Church is fading away, they have to come up with so many gimmicks to attract people. Gimmicks that are mundane and of no interest to God. If you eat meat, stop the violence, love God.
