  • i work on Igm monoclonal antibody againts breast cancer.... for positive control i used igm mab from ascitic fluids..for negative control i`d used media free serum... but the result was same with positive control..... both got green color...or is it i need to use a correct filter?

    it seems that u had a contamination

    also you may have as you said a wrong filter , refering to the kit leaflit is solution :)

    actually that depend on the kit and manufacturer instruction

    for me i use them freshly....

    some student use an old Distillate water in washing and they lose all the plate! i have no looong experience :)

  • Can you mix your solutions beforehandor do you have to make them fresh? how long will they keep?
